INNIO Waukesha Engineis the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of Waukesha Natural Gas Engines founded in 1906 in Waukesha Wisconsin. As an OEM of natural gas engines Waukesha relies on its network of channel partners for the sales of new equipment OEM remanufactured equipment and parts (reUp) model conversions and upgrade kits and maintenance parts. Waukeshas channel partners package overhaul repair commission and service Waukesha equipment globally.

About the Role :

Revolution Power Solutions is seeking an experiencedMechanical Assemblerto join our growing team in Waller Texas. This role is key to our mission of delivering highperformance power systems for critical energy and industrial applications. Youll be handson assembling advanced power generation equipment ensuring every unit meets rigorous quality and safety standards.

Working with minimal supervision you will interpret detailed engineering documentssuch as blueprints BOMs and technical drawingsto build rework or repair mechanical assemblies. Were looking for someone who takes pride in precision work thrives in a fastpaced manufacturing environment and brings a teamoriented solutionfocused mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

Assemble power generation and industrial equipment in line with technical specifications and SOPs.

Read and interpret blueprints engineering drawings schematics and parts lists.

Perform inprocess and final quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.

Identify and document product defects or issues; support corrective actions as needed.

Assist and support less experienced assemblers; promote a collaborative work environment.

Rework or modify assemblies per updated engineering directives or field feedback.

Maintain a clean organized and safe work area.

Communicate with supervisors regarding quality issues or process improvements.

Uphold all safety and quality protocols consistently.

Qualification Requirements :

High school diploma or GED required.

410 years of relevant mechanical assembly experience ideally in power generation oilfield equipment or industrial machinery.

Working knowledge of hydraulics pneumatics and electrical components in mechanical systems.

Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently take accountability and produce highquality results.

Comfortable with physical demands of the role including standing lifting bending and working with tools.

Basic computer navigation and documentation skills preferred.

Must be able to work in a diverse team environment.

Preferred but Not Required

Experience assembling power generation units pump skids or trailermounted equipment.

Familiarity with mobile or skidbased natural gas systems.

Forklift certification or mechanical trade certifications.
