Drr Systems AG is part of the Drr Group and operates globally in the automotive industry and other markets specializing in painting technology final assembly dispensing technology and consulting. As a market leader Drr designs and implements turnkey systems and manufactures highquality machines and robotic technology. The company has proven expertise in digital and sustainable solutions. Its portfolio also includes production technologies for electrode coating and highperformance air pollution control systems for various industries. As of 2023 Drr Systems AG employs over 8000 people.
The Drr Group is one of the worlds leading mechanical and plant engineering firms with particular expertise in the technology fields of automation digitalization and energy efficiency. Its products systems and services enable highly efficient and sustainable manufacturing processes mainly in the automotive industry and for producers of furniture and timber houses but also in sectors such as the chemical and pharmaceutical industries medical devices electrical engineering and battery production. In 2023 the company generated sales of $4.6 billion. The Drr Group has around 20000 employees and 141 business locations in 33 countries. As of January 1 2025 the former divisions Paint and Final Assembly Systems and Application Technology were merged to form the new Automotive division. Since then the Drr Group has been operating in the market with four divisions:
- Automotive: painting technology final assembly testing and filling technology
- Industrial Automation: automated assembly and test systems for automotive components medical devices and consumer goods as well as balancing technology solutions and coating systems for battery electrodes
- Woodworking: machinery and equipment for the woodworking industry
- Clean Technology Systems Environmental: air pollution control and noise abatement systems
Position Summary: The Project Controller is for the successful execution of service projects from a commercial and financial perspective.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Plays an active supporting role to the Project Manager (PM) and is an integral part of the project team focused on the successful execution of service projects and making sure commercial terms and conditions are strictly adhered to with customers suppliers and subcontractors
- Assist PM in assessing risks and opportunities of service projects and ensure that information is reflected appropriately in the monthly cost report
- Ensures that project budgets profit & loss forecasts and cash flow forecasts are accurately maintained throughout the project life cycle.
- Provides accurate forecasts for expected cost to complete on projects
- Generate monthly job cost reports with budget to actual variance analysis while ensuring FEC is updated
- Provide necessary adhoc analysis and reporting on an as needed basis
- Perform work in a fastpaced environment with tight time constraints
- Invoice projects and submit invoices to customers
- Perform AR collections for invoices that have aged past due date

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in accounting/finance or related discipline preferred
- Three to five years of experience required in manufacturing environment
- Excellent forecasting analytical and organizational skills
- Knowledge of IFRS and SAP preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products: Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
- Good time management skills
- SAP experience preferred
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and schedule
- Ability to understand and maintain project schedules
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to effectively communicate with internal team and external customers
- Able to work well independently and in a team environment
- Able to define problems and propose solutions
- Adaptable to change in a learning environment
Physical Demands: While performing duties of job incumbent is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; and use hands and arms. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision and distance vision.
