Hospice Clinical Director
A Hospice Clinical Director is needed in Aurora Colorado.
Aurora is a growing suburb of Denver known for its diverse community and access to parks trails and medical facilities. This opportunity is with a missiondriven hospice organization committed to compassionate highquality care.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinical operations
- Mentor and support hospice staff
- Ensure quality care and regulatory compliance
- Track metrics and drive improvement
- Collaborate with leadership to support growth
- Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Rotating oncall
- EMR: Consolo
- Patient census: <100
Requirements
- Active Colorado RN license
- BSN preferred
- 4 years of hospice experience with leadership background
- Knowledge of ACHC CHAP or JCAHO accreditation
- Strong skills in compliance budgeting and quality improvement
- Excellent communication and teamwork
