ELIGIBLE EMPLOYER FOR LOAN FORGIVENESS!HEALTH INSURANCE ON DAY ONE!Job Goal: To serve all BCBA responsibilities for the CASE Collaborative; To work collaboratively with parents/guardians and colleagues to meet the academic social/emotional and behavioral needs of students with disabilities; To effectively train coach and supervise the ABA Tutors who provide services to students in CASE classes and districts Reports to: ABA Program Coordinator and Program Administrator Performance Responsibilities: Under the direction of and in coordination with the ABA Program Coordinator: Develop caseloads of ABA Program students including regular school year intersession and summer. Assign case managers for all ABA Program students. Conduct weekly staff meetings with ABA tutors. Provide onsite supervision to ABA tutors. Supervise all ABA Program staff and write annual staff evaluations. Meet with CASE administrator biweekly/weekly to plan and convey concerns progress and suggestions regarding the ABA Program plan for programmatic student parent / guardian staffing and classroom needs and issues. Develop intersession(s) schedules student lists and ABA tutor assignments each summer. Order ABA Program office and instructional materials. Oversee the accurate and timely submission of time slips mileage requests for absence and other paperwork of ABA tutors. Work with ABA tutors and CASE teaching staff to ensure a positive working relationship within CASE classrooms. Plan for upcoming staff vacancies; Interview and recommend potential candidates for hire to the Program Administrator. Complete any needed paperwork for CASE Office. Represent the ABA Program to CASE administration as requested. Update ABA Program handbook. Provide handson professional development for ABA tutors during staff meetings and during supervision meetings. Meet at least biweekly with ABA tutors to provide ongoing assessment of and feedback related to individual student programming and progress. Train ABA tutors on the use of novel ABA techniques and the maintenance of known skills. Create IEP goals and objectives for students upcoming IEP review meetings in conjunction with ABA tutors and ASD classroom teachers. Create/monitor/modify individual student teaching programs and individual student behavior guidelines/plans. Administer appropriate assessments and write assessment reports for three year reevaluations for students serviced by the ABA Program. Provide consultation/collaboration at least monthly with teachers of students serviced by the ABA Program; Consult with other classroom staff (e.g. therapists teaching assistants) as needed. Provide consultation and training for parents/guardians of ABA Program students. Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments for any student within CASE upon request and when deemed appropriate by ABA Program Coordinator and Program Administrator. Review referrals to the ABA Program and make recommendations to the Program Administrator and district liaison. Provide consultation/collaboration with/for CASE teachers when requested for nonABA Program students. Provide consultation and training for parents/guardians of nonABA Program students when deemed appropriate by ABA Program Coordinator and Program Administrator. Provide training when requested for CASE staff in principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. Attend Collaborativewide and specific program staff meetings as scheduled by the Program Administrator and/or Executive Director. Participate in professional development opportunities to increase knowledge base and skills as well as to maintain licensure. Maintain the high level of confidentiality and professionalism expected of all CASE faculty. Perform other related tasks or duties at the discretion of the ABA Program Coordinator Program Administrator and/or Executive Demands: Ability to: use hands to finger handle or feel objects tools or controls (e.g. computer calculator telephone); see (including close vision distance vision peripheral vision depth perception and the ability to adjust focus); hear; and speak. Requires good physical condition to support lifting positioning and transitioning students as needed according to caseload/classroom assignment; Demands of lifting may be up to 50 pounds.
