The Delivery Excellence Reporting & Analytics team is seeking a Senior Associate with strong analytical & reporting skills proficiency in Power BI SQL
Familiarity with Python Power Apps & Power Automate (Nice to have)

Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to business needs.
Use SQL to extract transform and analyze data from various data sources.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data import data refresh schedules and report performance in Power BI.
Leverage DAX to create complex calculated columns and measures to support analytical objectives.
Implement and manage RowLevel Security (RLS) to ensure proper data access control in reports.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful visualizations.
Set up and maintain automated data refresh schedules and ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
Work closely with development teams to embed Power BI reports into Power Apps or other business platforms enhancing the enduser experience.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar datafocused role.
Strong handson experience with Power BI including DAX Power Query data modeling and report publishing.
Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries and stored procedures.
Solid understanding of Power BI performance optimization techniques and best practices.
Knowledge of Power BI embedding into applications such as Power Apps.
Understanding of data governance and RowLevel Security in Power BI.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Experience 5 8 Years
Education: B.E/ or MCA/MSc. (Computer science)
