The opportunity

Were looking for an exceptional Internal Communication Business Partner who thrives in dynamic environments and has a deep understanding of stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate is someone who can skilfully navigate complex situations taking the detailed to simplicity. Youll be key in driving the flow of information across our Insurance and Reinsurance teams ensuring that communication is clear effective and aligned with our organisational goals.

Your new role

Reporting to the Head of Internal Communications International covering our Insurance and Reinsurance portfolios youll work closely with senior leaders and colleagues to drive impactful communications. Acting as a Business Partner youll build strong relationships with stakeholders to create engaging and effective content. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that communication efforts are aligned with business objectives while fostering a collaborative open environment that drives employee engagement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and shape communication plans that drive employee engagement and align with business goals.

  • Collaborate with the Internal Comms team to manage the content calendar publication processes and broadcast channels to ensure consistent messaging.

  • Lead the creation of innovative datadriven communication campaigns to enhance employee engagement.

  • Influence senior stakeholders with strategic advice on presentations scripts key messages including townhalls newsletters announcements and more.

  • Collaborate with the PR/Media team to amplify key messages.

  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to ensure timely and effective communication solutions.

  • Write and edit a variety of employee stories across different formats from articles to videos for our internal channel Qube.

About You

Were seeking an experienced Internal Communication Business Partner with a background in financial services or insurance. If youve previously held a similar role youll bring valuable expertise in driving employee engagement through effective communications shaping content and managing relationships across various business functions.

Skills youll need:

  • Great understanding of best practices in internal communications including audience targeting content creation channel selection and measurement.

  • Exceptional copywriting and editing skills with the ability to deliver clear and compelling messages across multiple formats.

  • Amazing relationships building skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders demonstrating diplomacy and professionalism.

  • Experience in strategically influencing senior stakeholders and building trusted networks to ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • A natural curiosity and a journalistic eye for creating developing and shaping engaging stories and campaigns.

  • Outcomedriven with a focus on meeting deadlines managing communication schedules and engaging target audiences effectively.

  • Problemsolving skills with the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.

  • A team player who takes accountability regularly brings external insights to innovate and works independently with minimal supervision.
