Job Description

Join Aliaxis as the Head of Commercial Excellence EMEA and lead the transformation of commercial operations across the region. In this pivotal role you will implement our Commercial Excellence model develop detailed roadmaps with actionable steps and timelines and establish and monitor KPIs to ensure comprehensive evaluation. Your efforts will drive profitable and sustainable growth through focused and measurable strategies. The role is based in Aliaxis EMEA Headoffice Brussels and will require up to 30% of travelling across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the deployment of the Commercial Excellence strategy across the region ensuring alignment with the Aliaxis commercial vision and goals
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement share best practices and coach sales teams to effectively enhance capabilities
  • Provide analytical support and tools to regional sales teams for informed decisionmaking ensuring that commercial strategies are datadriven to achieve sustainable profitable growth
  • Support execution of sales growth initiatives aligned with the goal of achieving annual growth plans
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to gauge success and identify areas for improvement in our commercial processes and strategies
  • Lead the function and manage growth /pricing leads/analysts steer country commercial excellence teams set priorities in collaboration with regional commercial excellence managers

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Masters degree in Business Administration Economics Engineering
  • Senior experience in Commercial Excellence Business Consulting Sales Marketing a first management experience is a plus
  • Experience working in an environment that fosters a continuous improvement mindset within the realm of Commercial Excellence utilizing strategies and techniques to gain market share and increase profitability (e.g. Sales Force Effectiveness Pricing & Margin Management Customer excellence)
  • Project management Skills:Demonstrated ability to work in crossfunctional teams and drive projects to successful completion.
  • CRM (Microsoft Dynamics Salesforce) Sales Enablement experience
  • Acquainted with advanced analytical tools
  • Fluent in English any additional European language is a plus
