Job Description
What do I need
Contribute to the development of Unite Testing Strategies to be able to uphold the quality standards
Design an integrated testing approach for the divisions TSP portfolio.
Implement a testing standardisation approach.
Implement divisional reporting and governance to compliment release management and UNITE tracking
Manage divisional testing schedule and coordinate with release management to ensure timely and effective test execution. Manage the testing consisting of functional and nonfunctional across applications on both desktop and mobile devices
Foster collaboration with cross functional teams coordinate / monitor the testing effort to ensure consistence and quality across all applications within scope
Ensure issues and defects are recorded and tracked through their life cycle to completion and provide a division view of risks and issues
Strong understanding of testing tools and how best to utilises them
Bring innovation and critical thinking into the process
Monitor and provide relevant metrics across testing (execution downtime defects shift left)
Strong experience in automation and expertise in relevant test automation languages tools and technologies.
Drive the use of Test Automation for key areas to maximise the efficiency of the testing effort
Manage relationships with vendors and thirdparty service providers ensuring effective delivery and adherence to SLAs
Manage and uphold the testing processes and quality standards for assigned projects by ensuring test coverage is adequate and the testing is thorough identifying any gaps and implementing improvements where necessary
Identifying potential risks related to software quality and testing proactively addressing issues and mitigating testingrelated risk to ensure project success
Skills
Experience working within a complex environment
Ability to coordinate multiple priorities
Test automation experience
Experience leading quality in a regulated environment
Continue testing experience (CI/CD)
