Job Description

A growing company is seeking a driven and experienced B2B Wholesale Business Developer to expand its hardware product line across retail and distribution channels. This onsite role is focused on opening new accounts building strong client relationships and driving highvolume sales growth. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of B2B sales experience preferably in hard goods and brings sharp instincts hustle and a creative approach to business development.

Responsibilities Include:

  • New Business Development:

    • Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities in retail and distribution for hardware product lines.

    • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects converting leads into longterm accounts.

  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Develop strong relationships with new and existing wholesale customers.

    • Provide ongoing support ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:

    • Create and implement strategies to grow sales volume across multiple channels.

    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent outreach and account management.

  • Market Research & Feedback:

    • Stay on top of market trends competitor activity and customer needs to inform business development efforts.

    • Provide feedback to internal teams on product performance and market demands.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience preferably in hard goods or related industries.

  • Proven track record of generating new business and growing accounts.

  • Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Selfmotivated with a high level of initiative and drive.

  • Strategic thinker with a creative and solutionsoriented mindset.

  • Ability to work onsite and travel as needed to meet with clients.
