Job Description
The position requires a proven selfstarter who can drive team objectives by anticipating needs thinking critically and creatively and working collaboratively. To cultivate effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders the Manager will influence others with strong interpersonal skills judgement and political acumen. An ideal candidate has an understanding of government relations external advocacy and communications tactics.
This position will be based in Arlington VA.
Bachelors degree
5 years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
An ability and desire to travel is required
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
Experience working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams
Experience in driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
