Job Description
Goddard Mason Executive Search a dedicated division ofQuality Staffing Inc. is seeking a motivated individual to immediately join an Equipment Manufacturing sales team onsite at our client in the Gainesville GA area as an Mechanical Sales Design Engineer.The ideal candidate will earn annualized salary of $65000$80000 depending on experience and qualifications.
The Mechanical Design Engineer will engage engineering and sales team members in servicing clients through equipment and process design to meet their needs. This will be demonstrated by conducting the following (included but not limited to) duties & responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform technical sales & design responsibilities.
- Conduct design layout equipment installations for manufacturing plants.
- Manages AutoCAD system during design.
- Initiate sales quotes procedure & process for the team.
- Accountable for spec sheets for final sale.
- Delivers technical knowledge for all audiences internal and external.
Requirements Qualifications and Skills
- 3 years of strong experience utilizing AutoCAD and providing quotations required.
- Proficient in AutoCAD design for new manufacturing plants layout equipment installations.
- Technical engineering sales and support experience
- Comfortable working and communicating with customers on design layout projects.
- Ability to travel with sales team (minimal (10% 20%)
- Able to stand sit and lift up to 50lbs. if required.
Education
- Bachelors in engineering or equivalent work experience
