We are looking for a Clinic Manager to join our Prince George County location. The Managers main responsibility is:
- Managing the patients experience care outcomes and retention.
- Guide patients through their journey with empathy and compassion
- Set clear expectations and goals for patients
- Hold patients accountable to ensure successful outcomes
- Manage and oversee clinical administrative and exercise teams
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) focusing on clinic growth
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in a health or managementrelated field
- 3 5 years of leadership experience
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
- Passion for changing lives one patient at a time
- Embodies servant leadership
- Strong critical thinking problemsolving decisionmaking interpersonal communication and adaptability skills
