Cascade Coffee is a top manufacturer of roasted flavored and packaged coffee in the Pacific Northwest. For nearly 50 years weve supported some of the biggest names in the coffee industry. We operate out of a 150000-square-foot facility with over 2 million pounds of storage and a roasting capacity of 50 million pounds per year.
Position: Receiving Clerk (1st Shift)
Pay: $21.00 $22.00/hour
Schedule: Monday Friday 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Reports to: Warehouse Manager

What Youll Do
This is a full-time Receiving role. Youll work with deliveries from the moment they arrive. Youll check in drivers label incoming materials and unload incoming materials and greens trucks. Youll be in constant contact with the Receiving Lead to shift quickly to the most important task and keep things moving. This is a forklift-heavy role youll be operating equipment 90% of the shift.
You will:
Check in delivery drivers and complete receiving paperwork
Inspect shipments and label materials with tags or license plates
Unload trailers including greens trucks and material deliveries
Use a scanner or computer system to log incoming products
Work closely with the Receiving Lead to adjust priorities as needed
Keep the receiving area organized clean and safe
Follow all safety rules and warehouse procedures
What You Need
Current forklift experience or certification
Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed
Comfortable working in a loud dusty warehouse
Clear communication and task-switching ability
Work Habits
Be dependable and on time
Stay organized and focused during peak receiving hours
Communicate clearly with drivers and warehouse teammates
