Hybrid Accounts Payable Specialist (Experienced)
- 3 years of Accounts Payable expertise gained in either an office or manufacturing environment
- A minimum of an Associates degree in Accounting Finance or a related field is required
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite 2 days remote
- Flexible scheduling on in office days
- Pay is $58240
- Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
- Fulltime permanent W2 employee

The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following:
- Accurately process and maintain records of vendor invoices payments and AP transactions in the ERP system
- Match invoices packing slips and POs for accuracy; reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies
- Manage vendor accounts 1099 filings credit card transactions petty cash and AP reports
- Support audits apply cash to AR invoices and assist with customer account maintenance
- Contribute to documentation crosstraining and provide backup for switchboard mailroom and order processing
The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
- Associates degree in Accounting or Finance
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role
- Familiarity with ERP systems and strong Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong math organizational and communication skills
- Consistent work history with a desire for longterm employment
- A US citizen or possess a Green Card
- A residence within 45 minutes
