Job Description
The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive innovative talent acquisition strategy that encompasses futurefocused insights and aligns with the organizations business goals and objectives. This position leads and develops a dynamic team to attract identify and acquire top talent across all levels of the organization. The Director plays a critical role in shaping the organizations employer brand leveraging innovative technologies building a diverse and sustainable talent pipeline enhancing recruitment processes and ensuring the organization attracts a diverse and highperforming workforce ready to deliver on the organizations strategies. The Director manages and coordinates resources to successfully execute key programs and projects ensuring confidentiality integrity and poise in a fastpaced highprofile and rapidly changing environment. The Director ensures forwardthinking sourcing strategies to attract toptier candidates through multiple channels including social media job boards professional networks and industry events. Understanding the interdependencies between Talent Acquisition and multiple areas of HR the Director collaborates with other HR leaders to ensure alignment on strategic direction. This role partners with senior leadership and hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and workforce requirements. The Director will utilize data and recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve hiring strategies monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as timetofill costperhire and qualityofhire. This role also provides regular reports and insights to senior leadership on talent acquisition trends recruitment performance and market conditions and strategies to address challenges and optimize outcomes.
This is a hybrid role located in the Hampton Roads Virginia area.
