Job Description

Job Title:Oracle Fusion CX Sales & Service Cloud CRM Developer

Total Experience:8 Years

Relevant Experience:8 Years

Duration:1 Year

Work Location:Remote

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop custom BI / BIP reports in Oracle Fusion CX Sales & Service Cloud CRM using Groovy Script.
Design and implement business logic for reporting requirements.
Ensure efficient and accurate delivery of CRM reports tailored to business needs.
Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Mandatory Skills:

Expert in Oracle Fusion CX Sales & Service Cloud CRM BI / BIP Custom Report Development using Groovy Script

Desired / Secondary Skills:

Basic knowledge of Incentive Compensation
