Job Description
Hotel Arts Group is currently looking for aSteward (Dishwasher)to work in our busy Food and BeverageDepartment.As a part of the F&Bteam you will be responsible for ensuring that adequate levels of china silverware and glassware are exceptionally clean and at appropriate stock levels. Your eye for detail organization and ability to work in a fast paced environment will ensure your success!
What you can expect to do throughout your shift:
- Ensure that all dishes pots pans cutlery etc. are cleaned and sanitized.
- Receive and organize equipment china and plateware after late night events.
- Wash all pots pans inserts etc. and clean kitchen equipment.
- Clean and organize all related work equipment and areas.
- Make sure to have proper PPE ready for use during shift.
- Ensure to finish all tasks sothe morning team is set up for success.
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrated communication skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs consistently throughout shifts.
- Flexible schedule is be available to work nights weekdays holidays andweekends.
