About the role
Were seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Transformation division. In this role youll play a crucial part in the TACs Microsoft Office program of Work by bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
You will work across multiple projects and initiatives ensuring that each is grounded in welldefined requirements and aligned with the TACs broader strategic objectives. With a blend of strong analytical skills business acumen and a deep knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem youll help design solutions that deliver real value.
About the Team
The Enterprise Transformation division is dedicated to delivering the TACs strategic priorities ensuring best client outcomes employee experience and a positive community impact. The division oversees the portfolio program and project delivery as well as technology development and operations. As part of the Strategic Digital Delivery branch youll play a pivotal role in leading transformational IT changes within the TAC.
What were looking for
Business Analysis Experience
5 years of experience in business analysis within technology projects you will be skilled in requirements gathering process mapping and documentation. You can break down complex business problems and systematically identify technology solutions. Your experience with both Agile and traditional project environments is highly valuable.
Outstanding Stakeholder Management
Your exceptional communication and negotiation skills will enable you to establish trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Anticipating risks and addressing challenges will be vital when identifying gaps or inefficiencies. Youre adept at using data and evidence to support recommendations and measure success.
Microsoft Ecosystem Knowledge
Demonstrated knowledge and handson experience with Microsoft platforms and applications. You are familiar with Office 365 productivity tools collaboration solutions (SharePoint Teams) data analytics tools (Power BI) automation and app development tools (Power Automate Power Apps) or other relevant Microsoft technologies.
