Job Description

Our client in the Manufacturing industry based in Uitenhage is currently looking to employ a Process Engineer with Injection Moulding experience (EE).

Please note that this position is only open to EE applicants with Injection Moulding experience.


Requirements:
  • Minimum A Matric Qualification.
  • A relevant degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.
  • 24 Years Experience in Manufacturing and/or Automotive Industry.
  • Injection Moulding experience is essential.
  • Experience in Kuka Robot and Krauss Maffei Machining is essential (advantageous).
  • Own transport is essential.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Flexibility able to work shifts and overtime when needed.
Responsibilities but not limited to:
  • Implementation of new Injection Moulding Processes.
  • Provide support during rampup of new articles to achieve targets.
  • Performance and technical optimisation.
  • Improvement of processes productivity and cost reduction.
  • Contact person between plant and relevant process engineering departments.
  • Set up all processes and instructions for article handover.
  • Setting up of Robot and Machine Programs.
