MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- SALARY ON OFFER:/R30 000.00 BASIC EXCELLENT COMPANY BENEFITSper month(NOT NEGOTIABLE)
- Matric
- Certified Driving Instructor / Trainer Code 14
- Knowledge & experience onDriveCam / DriveRiskSystem(ADVANTAGEOUS)
- Proficient onMix Telematics
- Minimum 3 years Driver Instructor experience at Code 14 level
- SETA registered(ESSENTIAL)
- Code 14 Driver Instruction & training experience (ESSENTIAL)
- Must be computer literate (basic) & be energetic with good attendance record & punctual and reliable
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Duties:Training of Code 14 drivers (practical) & classroom preparation of training schedules input for development of training material coaching & mentoring reports on trainee performance driver learnership recruitment & assisting with Driver of the Year competitions
- Valid drivers licence Code 14 & PDP(no endorsements) (ESSENTIAL)
- Own reliable vehicle / transport

Duties & Responsibilities
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:
Main duties & Job Function:
- Preparation of training schedules
- Training in the classroom and on the job
- Providing input for the development of training material
- Coaching and mentoring
- Conducting performance assessments
- Feedback to management on training/trainee performance
- Assisting with driver learnership recruitment
- Assisting with Driver of the Year competitions
- Assisting elsewhere as and when required
