Now Hiring for:

3rd Shift Extrusion Operator (MF 12:00am8:00am)

Includes a 6% shift differential on top of base pay.

Previous wire or plastics extrusion or wire and cable experience highly preferred.

Our 100000 square foot facility in Manchester New Hampshire houses stateoftheart manufacturing equipment and the highly skilled dedicated engineering and manufacturing teams providing unparalleled expertise and support. As an experienced manufacturer we assure that all of our products are engineered and manufactured with the highest level of expertise.

Machine Operator Responsibilities

  • Set up machines (calibration cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle
  • Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
  • Feed raw material or parts to semiautomated machines
  • Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
  • Test operation of machines periodically
  • Fix issues that might occur during the shift
  • Check output to spot any machinerelated mistakes or flaws
  • Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
  • Maintain activity logs

Skills

  • Working knowledge of diverse highspeed machinery and measurement tools (caliper micrometer etc.)
  • Previous manufacturing environment required
  • Understanding of production procedures
  • Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)
  • Analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Teamwork and communication skills
  • Physical stamina and strength

Physical Demands

May require lifting up to 40 lbs.
