LOCATION: Green Bay
STANDARD HOURS: Typical Hours Monday Friday 20 hours a week; Between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.; some evenings may be required for student events; schedule to be determined upon hire.
PAY RANGE: $19.68 $22.45
*Salaries/Wages for all finalists (internal and external) will be placed within the range based upon education experiences current wages and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY
Perform a variety of administrative functions related to the maintenance of student records within enrollment services.
Perform other cross function duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Essential Functions Statement(s)
Correspond with students via phone email mail or in person regarding student record functions.
Process/analyze and enter Credit for Prior Learning
Assist in the review maintenance and entry of Degree Audit Individual Student Adjustments to be applied for graduation.
Run queries to generate letters and or emails to be mailed to our students.
Create and maintain Excel documents to meet needs of department.
Collaborate with Enrollment Services staff to support processes which will improve student success.
Review analyze and act on admission and enrollment data to ensure students are enrolled in the appropriate program and coursework.
Coordinate enrollment record maintenance activities to ensure accuracy and consistency of records with academic advisor deans and associate deans.
Process and enter academic transcripts grade reports and other unique enrollment transactions.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Education: Associate Degree
Experience: Two years of related experience; postsecondary exposure preferred.
**An equivalent combination of work experience and education may be considered.
Computer Skills: Advanced spreadsheet skills and word processing skills to include VBA Macro and Letter Merge

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Extended Sitting: Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer or attending meetings
Mobility: Ability to move around the campus to attend meetings and events
Manual Dexterity: Proficiency in using hands and fingers to handle or operate office equipment tools or controls.
Visual and Auditory: Ability to read documents and communicate effectively with students and staff.
Light Lifting: Capability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
