Erickson Immigration Group (EIG) is a fullservice premium business immigration law firm located in Arlington Virginia. We pride ourselves on a perfect plus customer experience through trust honesty transparency and availability to our clients.
We are currently looking for a talented Legal Writer to draft compelling narratives for our most complex employmentbased immigration petitions including O1 EB1 NIW and Requests for Evidence. The ideal candidate will be an expert wordsmith and storyteller and will be responsible for drafting letters and forms performing research compiling documentation and incorporating feedback from attorneys to ensure projects are completed accurately. This position requires a high level of creativity and performing online primary research for each project. The successful candidate should also be detailoriented capable of ensuring the highest levels of quality are maintained throughout the process and committed to meeting tight deadlines. Preference will be given to those with a strong writing portfolio bachelors degree and relevant work experience. Also please note that this is a hybrid role that requires you to be onsite at our Arlington office 3 days per week.
Ideal Candidates:
- Detailoriented organized and energetic attitude
- Excellent grammar and superior writing skills are essential
- Excellent research skills
- Bachelors degree in English Journalism Communications or related
- Prior immigration experience not required but prior experience drafting O1/EB1 petitions is a plus
- Background in technical or creative writing is a plus
