Job Description
Experience & Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Psychology or other mental health field required
- At least 2 years of experience in mental health field
A background check security clearance and drug screening are required for this role.

Responsibilities
Hourly rate is between 21.30 and 27.80.
Below is a list of your responsibilities as a Behavioral Health Activity Therapist with YesCare at (Facility Name) located in (City State):
- Develop implement monitor and evaluate therapeutic/recreational activity segments of individual program plans to further the comprehensive treatment of patients.
- Develop specifically planned goals and objectives to be met with the implement of therapeutic recreation.
- Oversee activities including but not limited to individual recreational activities group recreational activities exercises games sports activities hobbies social activities music etc.
- Document all activities pertaining to therapy conducted and record progress notes in each patients mental health record on a regular basis.
