The Behavior Health PSR Provider plays a key role in assisting youth by providing essential socialization and coping skills necessary for successful functioning in their home and community. Through goal-directed support and solution-focused interventions this role is designed to address challenges related to behavioral health needs aiming to achieve the specific goals set forth in the childs treatment plan. This position involves multi-component services which include therapeutic interventions such as counseling as well as functional supports. The Behavior Health PSR Provider works to restore rehabilitate and support the childs/youths developmentally appropriate functioning ensuring their successful integration as an active productive member of their family and community. The goal is to minimize ongoing professional intervention by empowering the child/youth and their caregivers to maintain long-term stability and positive outcomes.
