Chewy is seeking a detailoriented selfstarter to join our dynamic team as an Associate Instock Manager. In this role you will play a vital role in supporting the Instock organization in inventory forecasting purchasing and ensuring product availability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain handson experience in supply chain management develop your analytical skills and contribute to the success of our ecommerce business.
What Youll Do:
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve Instock rates and forecasting accuracy.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and address supply chain issues and optimize inventory placement.
- Analyze data to identify trends insights and opportunities for process improvement.
- Assist in writing and preparing various business documents and reports.
- Help automate manual tasks and develop scalable solutions to streamline processes.
- Communicate issues changes in priorities and updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve any supplyrelated issues.
What Youll Need:
- 1 years of experience in Supply Chain Logistics or related field
- Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Management Logistics or related field
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
A Plus if You Have:
- Knowledge of forecasting principles and techniques
- Experience with ecommerce operations
- Familiarity with SQL Python or other programming languages
