About the Department:
The Reva and Sid Dewberry Family School of Musics mission is to enable every student to find his or her best musical voice; prepare each to fulfill societys need for artistic and innovative musicians scholars music educators and ambassadors for the arts; and graduate each with hope confidence and distinction.
About the Position:
The Adjunct Applied Harp Professor will teach individualized lessons starting August 2024.
Responsibilities:
- TeachAppliedHarp; and
- Coordinate recruitment and performances for theHarpStudio.
Required Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Music required;
- Established reputation as aharpist including live performance and recordings;
- Ability to work with colleagues and students from diverse backgrounds; and
- Success in teaching applied harp.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Music preferred; and
- Successful experience teaching applied harp at the University level.
