We are looking for a Deal Hub Specialist to support our sales operations by managing endtoend order processing ensuring efficient account management and facilitating seamless collaboration between sales finance legal and other internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to streamline processes through automation and optimisation.
Sales Support: Assist the Enterprise Sales team by reducing time spent on operational activities and ensuring a smooth deal execution process.
Order Management: Manage and process endtoend order bookings ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Customer Assistance: Provide firstlevel support for any requirements and other orderrelated inquiries.
CRM & Data Management: Maintain and update records in UiPaths CRM system (Salesforce experience preferred).
Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including Finance Accounting and Legal to ensure seamless ordertocash processes.
Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and contribute to automation and optimisation initiatives.
Policy Compliance: Ensure all processes adhere to UiPaths internal policies and guidelines.
Education & Experience:
13 years of experience in Sales Operations Deal Support or Licensing Support.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and Google Sheets.
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is preferred.
Soft Skills:
Fluency in English (verbal and written).
Flexibility of supporting multiple teams in different time zones (AMER) as the business requires.
Strong communication customer service and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Analytical mindset to identify and solve problems proactively.
Ability to adapt to dynamic situations and support multiple teams across different time zones.
Ability to work independently and in a teamoriented environment.
Ability to stay calm and make good decisions under stressful situations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role.
Knowledge of process automation tools and best practices.
