As a Chef you will play a crucial role in delivering nutritious wellbalanced meals that cater to the diverse dietary needs of residents. Working in a stateoftheart kitchen you will lead meal planning food preparation and kitchen management while ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
What Were Looking For
- Experience & Training Previous experience as a Chef ideally in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
- Certifications Qualification in Food Preparation/Catering and a Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Culinary Expertise Strong cooking skills knowledge of diverse cuisines and ability to create balanced menus.
- Health & Safety Knowledge Understanding of food safety hygiene and health regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Menu Planning & Preparation Create and cook nutritious visually appealing meals tailored to residents dietary needs and preferences.
- Stock & Budget Management Monitor inventory order supplies and ensure costeffective meal preparation.
- Hygiene & Safety Compliance Maintain a clean organized kitchen and adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Team Leadership Train support and oversee kitchen staff to ensure efficient and highquality service.
- Resident Engagement Build positive relationships with residents and respond to their dietary feedback and requests.
