Education ExperienceTechnical/ Functional Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelors degree in business or engineering

  • Minimum 3 years of project/programme management experience (experience in managing large/international projects or programmes is an asset).

  • Experience leading or influencing cross functional business activities.

  • Experience in developing projects in the insurance/healthcare sector as well as an understanding of the sector and its innovation opportunities.

  • Project development from process mapping documentation of procedures risk assessment etc.

  • Digital and IT skills and knowledge of secure file transfer channels would be an asset.

  • Language: Advanced English and Spanish level Fluent mandatory

  • Experience leading or influencing crossfunctional business activities.

  • Customer focus / Sales experience

  • Critical thinking / good analytical and detail oriented skills.

  • Good oral and written communication and presentation skills

We are looking for ourDeployment Specialist who will work with the Deployment Manager & Regional DM in Spain and with Regional DM in LatAm on the local business implementationof deal renewal and new business coordinating all relevant functions to ensure new business launches and evolutions.

  • Drives implementation of some deals in Spain and LatAm with supervision and support from Deployment Manager or Regional DM
  • Responsible for the successful (ontime and accurate) deployment of the business
  • Provide support to Sales teams in Spain for presales activities

Key responsibilities

  • Participate on the process design for the implementation of all operational processes and complete necessary tasks to secure the launch and ramp up of the operations
  • Identify and develop the required knowledge specific to the country on Regulations Tax Legal Entities Processes & Controls to support a successful deployment.
  • Verify that key functional requirements and new business launch documentation is completed correctly accurately and achieved sign off from all functions.
  • Liaise with Product Configuration team on setup and amendment of schemes directly onto the operating system ensure the product/service specifications are completely and correctly defined and ensure the scheme has been tested before delivery to the client.
  • Liaise with IT to ensure accurate and timely completion of IT requests in the event of product development and enhancements.
  • Monitoring up KPIs e.g. Time to Market Cost of Operation Model Quality of Service delivered Client & Customer satisfaction levels.
  • Participate with clients inhouse and external teams to ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements for the Operating Model are met and fully signed off.
  • Responsible of review all documents and obtain sign off from client and internal functions.
  • Participate in client meetings when requested.
