The Role
As the Estimator you will work closely with the Estimating Manager out of the Brisbane office.
You will be involved in early feasibility studies and land purchases cost plans and pricing work off traditional BOQs. You will also support the process to set budgets and pricing variations.
With recent and exciting land acquisitions there is an impressive pipeline of luxury owner occupier apartment projects to price.
About You
Importantly you need to fit the culture You will be a humble team player that take pride in their work!
The ideal candidate will come from a Tier 2 principal building contractor with a 3 years experience as an Estimator or 5 years in a QS firm.
You will have been pricing medium to high rise residential apartment projects valued between $30m and $150m.
Existing local relationships with suppliers and subcontractors is highly desirable.
You will be interested in the inner workings of a Developer Builder and be keen on developing your skill set as an Estimator and Cost Planner.
You will demonstrate strong tenure have excellent references.
