Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Nursing Associates degree in Nursing Diploma RN or Masters degree in Nursing.
Must be a graduate of an accredited RN nursing program.
Minimum of 1 year of Registered Nursing experience;
Valid Registered Nursing License
Basic computer skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong work ethics and accountability.

Responsibilities:
Coordinates and participates in the surgical recovery of bone tissue for transplantation or research ensuring strict adherence to aseptic technique and regulatory standards.
Conducts thorough donor medical history reviews and physical assessments to evaluate eligibility for bone procurement in compliance with FDA AATB and institutional guidelines.
Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams including surgeons pathologists and transplant coordinators to ensure timely and safe procurement processes.
Maintains accurate and detailed documentation of all procurement procedures including donor identification consent verification and chain of custody.
Ensure proper labeling packaging and transport of recovered bone tissues to maintain tissue integrity and traceability.
Monitors and manages inventory of procurement supplies and equipment ensuring readiness for recovery procedures and adherence to sterile processing protocols.
Provides education and support to families and hospital staff regarding the donation process ensuring compassionate communication during sensitive situations.
Participates in quality assurance and continuous improvement activities including audits reporting deviations and attending training to stay current with industry best practices.
May perform other duties as assigned.
