About McDonald Auto Group:
At McDonald Auto Group were committed to delivering exceptional vehicles and service to drivers across the Saginaw area. Were looking for a motivated and outgoing Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow our customer base and connect more people with the right vehicle.
Position Summary:
As a BDR you will be the first point of contact for potential customersreaching out building relationships and setting appointments for our sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic customerfocused and excited about the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls emails and texts to engage new and existing leads
- Set appointments for the sales team and follow up to ensure strong communication
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system. (Customer Relationship Management)
- Respond quickly to online and phone inquiries
- Support marketing campaigns and promotions
- Help create a positive customer experience from the very first interaction
What Were Looking For:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable making calls and talking with customers
- Selfmotivated and goaloriented
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge (well train you!)
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus
- Automotive interest or background is a bonus but not required
- Valid drivers license
