Job Description:

The Manager of Business Development leads teams of 8-12 BDRs that are responsible for producing a pipeline for Account Executives. These prospects are aligned to produce new and expand billings within our multi-product offerings. They align with sales leaders and support specific groups and segments while working with Marketing partners to utilize Marketing Campaigns to produce the pipeline needed.

What youll do:

  • Responsible for and accountable to the recruiting training development progression mentorship and delivery of individual BDRs on your team
  • Conducting regular team meetings and 1:1s- including a recap of the teams results and driving accountability to performance and targets
  • Evaluation and evolution of the current systems strategies and messages of the team

Experience youll bring:

  • Experience with inside or field sales roles account development business development or team management; proven record of exceeding quota
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skillset
  • Strong operational and analytical abilities

Requirements:

  • Requires a minimum of 5 years of related or equivalent experience; or 3 years with an advanced degree.
  • This role follows a hybrid schedule with on-site work at our Westlake/Dallas TX office Tuesday through Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach helps us collaborate more effectively make decisions more quickly and build a stronger culture while still providing flexibility.
  • Travel expectations differ by role. Some quota-bearing sales positions involve limited travel while others may involve travel of up to 40% depending on business needs.

Physical Requirements:

This role is primarily performed in an office or home office setting and involves standard computer-based work.

The US base salary range for this role is $107100 - $128800 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location skills experience and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
