Position Purpose:
The primary purpose of this role is to analyze assortment performance and drive improvements at scale across a subset of Home Depots online offering. This role delivers datainformed strategies to optimize product availability pricing conversion and promotional effectiveness. They work closely with Direct Fulfillment Merchants (DFM) and internal and external partners to align with business goals and to support the discovery planning and execution of new online merchandising initiatives.
Key duties involve analyzing supplier catalogs to identify highpotential items recommending assortment improvements and enhancing product visibility and performance. This role is responsible for developing and evaluating pricing strategies using CPI and margin analysis to drive conversion and profitability.
The Sr. Analyst Online Merch monitor metrics like sales traffic conversion and fulfillment to identify opportunities to streamline and deliver goals. This role also prepares reports and presentations to ensure transparency and inform decisions. This position is accountable for assortment health pricing impact and promotional performance and supports strategic projects by partnering with technology teams to ensure tools rules and data processes enable supplier success.
