Grade: Educational Grade5 EG5

Position Summary: The Manager of College and Career Pathways leads the implementationexpansion and continuous improvement of highquality Career and Technical Education (CTE)programs across Tulsa Public Schools. Reporting to the Director of Postsecondary Readiness
this role is responsible for ensuring that all CTE programs are aligned to labor market needsintegrated with academic content and compliant with Oklahoma State Department of CareerTech requirements. The Manager provides direct support to schools through coachingcurriculum review and pathway development ensuring students are prepared for highskillhighwage and indemand careers. This position works closely with site leaders district staffpostsecondary institutions and industry partners to ensure students graduate with credentialsand experiences that lead to college and career success.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors Degree
Masters Degree preferred
Experience:
Experience working in a PK16 environment with 3 years Career Tech work experience
Experience working in dynamic highperforming work environments
Experience organizing and analyzing postsecondary access and success data including
using common portals such as CTIMS CTYou and specialized certification portals etc.
Specialized Knowledge Licenses Etc.:
Possess or ability to obtain and maintain an Oklahoma Teachers Certificate
Familiarity with local statewide and national Career Tech best practices resourcestechnologies partners and research
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
