1. Responsible for implementation of customer service standards for all internal and external clients. Goal is to exceed client expectations from initial inquiry to ongoing client relationship management.
2. Responsible for maintaining a clean and professional environment.
3. Accountable for efficient effective and highquality service provision following all defined waxing service standards.
4. Support and protect our culture.
5. Other duties as assigned in the spirit of teamwork.
6. Follows safety standards in all aspects of performance of the above functions.

• Required: Current State License (Esthetician Cosmetologist)
