The Integrated Enterprise Resource Planning team is looking for a ERP Source to Pay Senior Software Integration Analyst responsible for guiding the development and improvement of Source to Pay software applications and digital platforms that are a key component of Fords integrated industrial system.

The ERP Source to Pay Senior Software Integration Analyst will blend project & program management business process knowledge system knowledge and strong communication skills to provide insights and recommendations in the design development testing and deployment of Supply Chain solutions on the Integrated Enterprise Resource Planning platform. The role will also build positive relationships with internal and external customers and partners to seamlessly deliver enhanced system functionality more efficient business processes and an outstanding user experience.



Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines
  • Collaborate with product teams solution architects release train engineers and project managers to ensure changes to complex integrated systems improve performance or enhance business operations
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical ideas in simple terms
  • Understand and interpret complex business requirements and communicate in clear concise language
  • Champion Scaled Agile culture processes methodologies and techniques including facilitating product line Scrum of Scrum forums
  • Coordinate and manage dependencies for multiple product teams working in a release train environment including integration testing cutover and production maintenance activities
  • Monitor and inspect production platform health including analysis on production incident trends IT service consumption and key performance indicators
  • Create and execute S/4 HANA transport & code migrations as a Change Manager


Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Supply Chain Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 years of progressive IT experience with 23 years in project/program management and Agile delivery methodologies working with multiple stakeholderssoftware product teams and crossfunctional skill teams
  • 2 years of experience implementing SAP S/4 HANA Materials Management in a large enterprise organization
  • Experiencing integrating complex Software as a Service (SaaS) products with internally developed legacy systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver product roadmap milestones manage dependencies across multiple internal/external teams
  • Selfstarter; organized with ability to work both independently and with a team
  • Respect and show empathy for team members business partners and customers; Ask why invite differing views and foster invite consensus building mindset

Desired Skills

  • Automotive or complex manufacturer experience
  • Experience working with distributed global teams
  • Experience working with outside service providers
  • Experience operating in a SarbanesOxley (SOX) compliant environment
  • Knowledge of Workload Automation tools (AutoSys)
