Job Description

As a Contract Recruiting Coordinator you will support the Recruiting Operations team that helps ensure an outstanding candidate experience while working closely with Collective Healths recruiting and hiring teams. You will have the opportunity to work crossfunctionally to add value across the organization and Collective Healths talent acquisition efforts. Contract Duration: June 17 2025 to December 31 2025
What youll do:
- Partner with the Recruiting Team to support candidates through the entire interview process:
- Coordinate and support kickoff and interview calibration meetings as needed
- Ensure the interview plan is updated for the requisition
- Coordinate and schedule all candidate interviews from initial screens to final rounds
- Be oncall for any questions or support needed during interviews
- Provide an outstanding experience and high level of service for the candidates recruiters and hiring team
- Maintain our recruiting systems with updated and accurate information for the requisitions and candidates you are supporting as a coordinator
- Support the creation implementation and documentation of recruiting coordination processes
- Be onsite to manage inperson interviews as needed
- Support other recruiting projects and programs as needed
To be successful in this role youll need:
- Bachelors degree or 1 years of experience in recruiting HR administration client services or related field
- Experience as a recruiting coordinator including scheduling and working within Greenhouse or similar tools preferred but not required
- High degree of professionalism and discretion when working with sensitive information
- A high level of accountability: you are selfmotivated with strong task and time management skills and are able to manage competing priorities within your scope of work with minimal supervision
- Outstanding attention to detail organizational skills and followthrough on tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A problemsolving mindset: you thrive in a fast paced work environment always embodying a whatever it takes mantra to achieve goals

Pay Transparency Statement
This is a hybrid contract position based out of our Plano TX or Lehi UT office. Hybrid contractors are expected to be in the office three days per week (Plano TX) or two days per week (Lehi UT). #LIhybrid
The actual pay rate offered within the range will depend on factors including geographic location qualifications and experience.
Lehi TX Pay Range
$24.00$27.00/hour
Plano TX Pay Range
$28.00$31.00/hour
