Duration/Schedule:Flexible parttime during the school year and fulltime during the summer months.
Business Need / Purpose of Role:
The Operations Intern will be responsible for learning all areas of port agency operations including managing vessel requirements booking relevant services and undertaking vessel boarding and our principals to learn the safe and smooth turnaround of all appointed vessels within the jurisdiction of the port office. Operations Intern will report to the Regional Operations Manager.
As an Operations Intern you can expect the following:
Gain insights as to how ships agency services are rendered to all customers at an excellent level.
This program supports one of Operationss strategic objectives related to strengthening our operations employees ability to develop products manage projects and work in an agile environment.
