Amazon Business (AB) Selection team focuses on delivering customers their desired selection in the right fit form and function. We are a team of builders who own AB Selection Strategy Products and Programs to deliver results for customers and support ABs most critical initiatives. We focus first on execution and building robust processes that inform product and features as we rapidly scale to ABs goals

As a Senior Product Manager on the AB Selection team you will have the rare opportunity to directly drive the growth of a critical element of our customer experience our unparalleled product selection. You will work backwards from the diverse needs of our business customers to profoundly understand their selection requirements. Collaborating closely with both technical and business stakeholders you will spearhead initiatives to offer curated shopping experience to our business customers. Most importantly you will leverage your exceptional crossfunctional abilities to orchestrate the rapid onboarding of new indemand products at scale ensuring Amazon Business remains the premier destination for smart business buying. Key job responsibilities
Amazon Business aims to offer the largest selection to our customers. Expanding selection is critical to provide the best customer experience to our customers. The Sr. Product manager will:

1. Dive deep into selection data to uncover the highestimpact opportunities for expanding the product assortment
2. Collaborate crossfunctionally with technical operational and business stakeholders to launch curated product catalogs
3. Establish the goals strategy and roadmap for developing new selectionfocused products and enhancements
4. Manage prioritization and tradeoffs between seller/customer needs and operational feasibility to drive selection growth
5. Lead weekly monthly and quarterly performance reviews with senior leadership showcasing progress business impact and future opportunities


5 years of product or program management product marketing business development or technology experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience as a product manager or owner
Experience owning technology products

Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
