MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrated belief in all students and the mission of DSST.
Strong character and belief in the core values of DSST.
An ability to work and collaborate across lines of difference.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities at one time.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced work environment.
Knowledge of the game and passion for sportsmanship.
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
Coaching Experience
Experience working with diverse age groups and skill levels.
Knowledge of sports nutrition and injury prevention.
THE ROLE
To live and model the schools core values with colleagues students parents officials fans and the larger community
To reinforce the schools core values guiding philosophy rules and school spirit
Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that encourages teamwork discipline and sportsmanship.
Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs and goals of individual athletes and the team.
Conduct regular training sessions focusing on technique strength endurance and skill development.
Organize and oversee team practices competitions and events ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols.
All coaches must be willing and able to be trained and approved to drive our activity buses.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
