Job Description
Responsibilities / Tasks
- Establish and maintain adequate commercial relationships with customers.
- Basic troubleshooting installation maintenance and repair on designated equipment.
- Perform the function of supervisor during the installation of lines or machinery when necessary
- Carry out the activity of coordinator during the installation of lines or machinery when necessary
- Maintenance and care of supplied tools test equipment and ensuring that they are properly calibrated.
- Identify and participate in sales opportunities such as parts new contracts contract renewals and system sales.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Secondary School Technical Diploma (Mechatronic specialization is preferable)
- Willingness to travel to Italy ( abroad for 200 days / year from Monday to Friday) for the most part in Italy but also some travel abroad.
- Willingness to work on Saturdays and Sundays as well (once a month variably)
- Very good written and spoken English (B2 min)
- Experience in technical documentation and knowledge of GEA product portfolio and served processes/ applications is a plus
- Proactivity and flexibility
