We are looking for a (Senior) Recruiter to join our Milan office for a 6month maternity leave coverage.
You will be joining the Global Talent Acquisition a team of 50 recruiters in charge of building Doctolibs organization. As a (Senior) recruiter your role will be to attract engage and hire Doctolibs talents of tomorrow. You will work for the Italian Market mainly focusing on Business Roles: Sales Customer Care Satisfaction Deployment. You will collaborate closely with our leaders and HR team defining needs and carrying out recruitment processes.
What you will do
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Lead fullcycle recruitment for Doctolibs Milan office focusing on business roles;
Partner with hiring managers to develop comprehensive job briefs and recruitment strategies aligned with business requirements;
Execute targeted sourcing campaigns in the Italian market leveraging market intelligence to identify and attract top talents;
Assess candidates qualifications and cultural alignmentmanaging the endtoend selection process ensuring exceptional candidate experience throughout the process;
Ensure smooth collaboration with HR for efficient onboarding processes.
Who you are

- You have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment (inhouse or agency);
- You have demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting candidates;
- You are at ease when assessing candidates including evaluating their qualifications experience cultural fit/add leadership potential and alignment with organizational values and strategic objectives;
- You have excellent relationshipbuilding and strong communication skills;
- You have already worked in global environments and speak fluent English.
