Job Description
We are looking for an experiencedOracle Service Cloud Consultantwith strong implementation and customization expertise. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of relevant experience and be capable of managing endtoend Oracle Service Cloud (OSvC) solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation customization and support ofOracle Service Cloud (OSvC).
- Develop and manageCustom Scripts Custom Processes (Event Handlers) workflows and business rules.
- Build and maintainintegrations with external systemsusing REST APIs.
- Work withOSvC BUIandAgent Desktopfor solution delivery.
- Manageemail configurationsand mailbox integration within OSvC.
- CustomizeCustomer Portalusing JavaScript HTML and CSS.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
- Work with modules such asKnowledge Advanced Guided Assist andCase Routing.
- Communicate effectively with crossfunctional and geographically dispersed teams.
Mandatory Skills:
- Extensive experience withOracle Service Cloud (OSvC)
- Strong skills inPHP .NET JavaScript
- Good working knowledge ofOSvC BUIandAgent Desktop
- Expertise inREST APIintegration
- Familiarity withemail configurationsin OSvC
- Proficient inHTML CSS JavaScript
- Solid understanding of OSvC modules likeKnowledge Advanced Guided Assist
- Excellentproblemsolvingandcommunicationskills
Preferred Skills:
- Certification inOracle Service Cloudor related technologies
- Experience with additionalOSvC modules or integrations
- Working knowledge ofAgile methodologies
