Why we need this:
Were building more userfacing experiences and UI execution quality is becoming critical. We need a UI developer who can own frontend implementation with care and craft making sure our designs are crisp and functional.
What were looking for:
- Frontend Expertise: Solid experience with HTML CSS and JavaScriptespecially .
- UI Polish: Strong attention to design fidelity spacing responsiveness and interactivity.
- Modern Architecture Exposure: Familiarity with Single Page Apps (SPA) Micro Frontends and componentbased design.
- Collaborative Energy: Works well with designers and backend engineers to deliver clean productionready UIs.
A good fit would be someone with 2 years of experience who cares deeply about design execution and user experience. Theyre confident with modern UI frameworks like React and can bring polished highquality interfaces to life in a fastmoving environment.
Job Description
Experience:
23 years of experience in frontend development with handson exposure to modern web technologies and frameworks.
Core Expertise:
- Proficient in HTML CSS and JavaScript.
- Working experience with modern UI libraries/frameworks especially js.
- Familiarity with componentbased development and singlepage application (SPA) architecture.
- Some exposure to responsive design principles and accessibility best practices.
- Comfortable translating UI/UX designs into functional polished user interfaces.
Performance & Debugging:
- Basic understanding of frontend performance considerations (e.g. optimizing DOM updates lazy loading).
- Familiar with browser developer tools like Chrome DevTools for debugging and testing.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with TypeScript or interest in learning it.
- Familiarity with design systems and reusable UI component libraries.
- Exposure to version control (Git) and basic CI/CD workflows.
- Understanding of state management concepts (e.g. React Context Redux basics).
- Experience or interest in working with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS) is a plus.
- Knowledge of testing tools like Jest or basic endtoend testing frameworks is a bonus.
Soft Skills:
- A strong eye for detail and interest in building clean intuitive UIs.
- Collaborative mindsetcomfortable working with designers backend developers and PMs.
- Willingness to learn take feedback and grow in a fastpaced product environment.
- Proactive attitude and enthusiasm for staying current with evolving frontend trends.
