The Role:
Reporting to the Head Coach you will help to achieve sustainable sales growth through consistently delivering theUltimate Customer Experienceas efficiently and effectively as possible with a specific focus on Sales & Visual Merchandising.
Your day will be filled with leading from the front coaching on the run and creating a winning culture within your store and the Retailors community.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A minimum of 2 years retail experience including proven visual merchandising experience
- Store leadership or key holder experienceworking with a team to succeed advantageous
- Unrelenting commitment and team alignment in delivering theUltimate Customer Experience
- Experience inWinning the Day; through meeting and exceeding sales and KPI goals
- CARE for our customers care for your team and care for the business
- The motivation to COACH and inspire your team mates to reach their personal best
