This is a parental leave cover role for a 12month period based in Sydney.
Whats the role
As an Associate in the GTS Client Services team you will be the goto person for our clients ensuring they get topnotch service and support handling everything from resolving queries to collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful outcomes. Youll act as the primary contact for escalations and complex matters ensuring timely and competent responses. You will also contribute to process improvements and support clients outside your portfolio when needed.
