In this role you will play a critical part in protecting the data and systems that support over 80000 employees and 13 million residents of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a Security Forensic Analyst you will provide consultative expertise on complex information security forensic matters to the Commonwealth CISO while collaborating with various IT security teams and leadership across the Commonwealth. Your work is reviewed by the senior forensic analyst ensuring the effectiveness of the overall information security program. Work involves directing and managing all aspects of the Incident Response process including archiving collecting investigating and remediating security incidents as well as assisting human resources with evidence collection pertaining to investigations. You will have the opportunity to utilize your specialized skill set by overseeing the digital forensics and investigations program managing program planning policy development and standards implementation. Additionally your work will be dedicated to ensuring efficient management and remediation of security incidents across all Commonwealth agencies.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Fulltime employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday Friday with a 60minute lunch.
- Telework:You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) parttime up to 2 days per week. In order to telework you must have a securely configured highspeed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework you will have the option to report to the headquarters office inHarrisburg.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as an Information Security Specialist 2(Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title as determined by the Office of Administration);or
- Four years of experience performing technical work in information technology security and an associates degree in any information technology field;or
- Two years of experience performing technical work in information technology security and a bachelors degree in any information technology field;or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Other Requirements:
- This particular position requires you topossess a CompTIA Security certification.

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
