Compliance CoordinatorJob Description Summary
Position supports a Major Medical/Tech Client. The position will be responsible for coordinating the reporting and successful adherence to regulatory compliance & safety requirements in the clients portfolio of facilities. The Compliance Coordinator will assure operational success of the service delivery team and manage evidence and audit records for the regulatory compliance program. The Compliance Coordinator (CC) will coordinate with the engineering and facility team to execute the program goals and requirements.Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Proactively review scheduled maintenance and inspection work orders in CMMS to verify appropriate schedule of activities.
Perform quality assurance assessments to assure program compliance to OSHA regulations FDA regulations and clients compliance program.
Identify trends that can be used for operations enhancements and identify opportunities for improvement within the process.
Review housekeeping pest control and engineering maintenance inspections for completion. Notify operational teams of errors and assure corrective actions are taken and completed.
Maintain records of compliance related maintenance activities and assure they remain available for future review.
Provide support for program enhancements and QA activities including but not limited to Policy / Procedure maintenance Hazard and PPE assessments and programs and compliance review of field conditions.
Support Director of Operations in compliance improvement opportunities
Produce periodic reports to assure program requirements and KPI are maintained.
Maintain the accounts SDS data and chemical inventory as it relates to the regulatory process.
Maintain housekeeping and pest control binders with latest Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation. Manage other physical documentation as assigned.
Ensure compliance with corporate standards and internal company processes and systems are in place
Ensure consistent delivery of services by maintaining playbooks and communicating new processes clearly
Train vendor to changes to SOPs and forms
Ensure all compliance documentation meet the standards of Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Respond to clients request for audit requests for documentation. Work with the operations team to ensure the requests accurate and fulfilled
Provide the client with supporting documentation for NonConformances or CAPAs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelors degree preferred
35 years of related experience or training or any similar combination of education and experience
Minimum Requirements:
Understanding of regulatory requirements and audit principles within a facility
Time management multitasking and organization skills with strong attention to detail
Demonstrated critical and analytical thinking organized and detail
Strong verbal and communication Skills
Proficiency with CMMS and remote monitoring systems
Excellent interpersonal skills emotional intelligence keen judgment and problemsolving ability
Selfstarter and ability to work independently and within a team
Demonstrated adherence to the highest ethical standards and professionalism
